Maintenance Technician Structural

The Maintenance Technician Structural is responsible for conducting all aspects of maintenance, repairs, and physical plant duties while supporting other technicians. The role involves prioritizing and completing routine preventive maintenance and non-PM work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Additionally, the position requires performing minor to major repairs, conducting safety inspections, and assisting with campus events and inventory management.
