Maintenance Technician - Student Housing

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance, completes service requests, supports unit turns, and helps maintain clean, safe, and welcoming community spaces while providing excellent customer service. The role involves completing work orders, performing general repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems, and assisting with preventive maintenance and property inspections.
