A Service (Maintenance) Technician at Greystar’s West Edge performs onsite work to maintain the physical condition of a luxury high-rise residential property in downtown Seattle. The role supports upkeep of buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to ensure company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. This position is part of the property maintenance team for a 39-floor, 340-unit community.
