The Facilities Technician supports student housing operations by maintaining the physical condition, safety, and functionality of the property and its equipment. This role responds to service requests, assists with turnovers, performs preventive maintenance, and provides customer-focused support to residents and staff. The position operates on-site at assigned properties and participates in on-call emergency coverage as needed.
