Maintenance Technician

The Mechanic Technician performs all assigned maintenance work within specifications to maximize process reliability and minimize production impacts. Responsibilities include executing process checks, performing preventive and predictive maintenance using tools like ultrasonic and vibration analysis, and fabricating production equipment. The role involves coordinating schedules with team leaders, documenting work in the CMMS, and adhering to strict food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
