Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician at Cosm oversees and coordinates the maintenance and repair of assigned buildings, equipment, and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and HVAC systems. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and manufacturing equipment, executing light carpentry and plaster repairs, and ensuring a safe, organized environment for guests and staff. The technician collaborates with the Lead Technician to troubleshoot systems, manages contractor relationships, and documents daily repairs to identify operational improvements.
