Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repairs at an apartment community, including preparing units for new move-ins, performing minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and HVAC work, and completing preventative maintenance tasks. The role works under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and responds to emergency situations as needed.
