Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician at Founders Property Management ensures apartment homes are market‑ready by performing daily walks, completing resident work orders, and preparing units for rent. The role involves a variety of hands‑on tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, and lock servicing, while adhering to safety standards and maintaining accurate records. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and on‑call rotations is required.
