Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will provide building trade and apartment maintenance for a 312‑unit property, handling routine and preventive tasks as well as emergency after‑hours calls. The role requires at least one year of experience, HVAC certification (or willingness to obtain it), and the ability to lift and carry equipment while working under the direction of a Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager. Compensation is $23‑$25 per hour with full‑time, 40‑hour weeks and rotating weekend coverage, plus benefits such as medical, dental, 401(k) and life insurance.
