The Maintenance Technician performs preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on residential, clinical, and administrative facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation of building systems, equipment, and machinery. The role utilizes the company’s CMMS (Axxerion) to manage work orders, track assets, and maintain compliance records while providing 24‑hour emergency coverage on a rotating basis.
