Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, back‑of‑the‑house and front‑of‑the‑house areas, including equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and cosmetic fixes. The role involves responding to work orders, coordinating with vendors, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness throughout the property.
