Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician performs routine and non‑complex maintenance and repair duties across building trades such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. The role works rotating day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, responding to work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency call‑outs while maintaining logs, inventory, and safety compliance.
