Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician at Novolex is responsible for proactively maintaining production and quality by ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. The role involves conducting machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and performing both mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment, including forklift operation. The technician works the third shift (10:00 pm – 6:00 am, Monday‑Friday) and must have at least four years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
