Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical production and supporting plant equipment, with a focus on winery operations. The position involves day-to-day maintenance, setup, installation, and troubleshooting of equipment with limited direct supervision. The technician will also mentor junior staff, create work instructions, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems.
