Maintenance Technician

This role involves maintaining production and facility equipment through routine preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, and performing repairs to ensure optimal line efficiency. The position requires independently setting up changeovers and repairing filling equipment and packaging lines while adhering to strict safety and quality guidelines. The technician will also document all maintenance work, participate in operational excellence initiatives, and recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability.
