Maintenance Technician

Collective is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to serve as the on-site technical expert responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all building systems. This hands-on role requires strong experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs to ensure high standards of property performance and deliver an exceptional resident experience. The technician will independently prioritize work orders, manage vendors, and execute preventative maintenance while providing responsive customer service.
