Maintenance Technician

This hands-on, fast-paced role involves joining the evening shift team within the AU Fill-Pack Value Stream to maintain equipment and drive process improvements. The position requires identifying and implementing permanent fixes for recurring downtime while root causing electrical faults across various systems. The role also includes liaising with production supervisors, applying Lean tools, and ensuring full EHS compliance throughout the shift.
