Maintenance Technician

This hands-on role involves performing general repairs, preparing vacant units for new residents, and conducting preventative maintenance to ensure property standards are met. The Maintenance Technician responds to service requests with professionalism, provides excellent customer service, and participates in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies. The position requires a skilled individual with basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
