Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and physical assets of the property under the direction of the Management staff. The position involves performing general maintenance activities, handling 24-hour emergency repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Technician also assists with custodial duties, equipment operation, and tenant relations to ensure a well-maintained living environment.
