Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining the operating condition of buildings and equipment, performing simple repairs, and utilizing fundamental mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC skills. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and completing tasks to minimize member inconvenience while ensuring cleanliness and safety. Candidates should have relevant experience and be able to work independently with a strong work ethic.
