Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining the property to ensure good working order and pleasant curb appeal while providing superior customer service to residents. The position involves diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues across apartment homes, exterior areas, and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and pool systems. The Maintenance Technician must respond promptly to service requests and emergencies while performing routine inspections and maintenance of building mechanical systems and grounds.
