Maintenance Technician

An energetic and self-motivated individual is needed to join the team at apartment communities in Sanford, ME, responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds. The role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate regularly with management, coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All maintenance staff members participate in a rolling on-call calendar to ensure continuous support.
