The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of responsibilities including work orders, grounds and common area maintenance, and maintaining good resident relations under the supervision of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor. The role requires providing excellent service to residents and ensuring the clean condition of the community at all times. Maintenance emergencies are handled on a 24/7 on-call basis as scheduled.
