Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for repairing and maintaining all production-related machinery and the physical plant to ensure operational efficiency. The position involves troubleshooting and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on molding and lining department equipment while performing preventative maintenance tasks. The technician also handles tool changes, adjusts vision systems, and fabricates parts as needed to support production goals.
