Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical communities, equipment, and grounds across assisted living communities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and prioritizing safety and comfort for residents and staff. This role involves performing general repairs, overseeing preventive maintenance, and responding to emergency situations both during and outside of regular business hours. The position requires maintaining a safe and functional environment while coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
