Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for performing all necessary maintenance tasks on apartments, rental homes, and buildings to ensure units are move-in ready and deferred maintenance is avoided. The position involves responding to tenant work requests, handling emergency calls, and completing preventative maintenance as directed. The role also includes post-move-out unit restoration and maintaining accurate documentation of all work performed.
