THRIVE
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks across agency facilities to support safe and functional environments for clients and staff. This role involves addressing maintenance issues promptly, conducting general repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and responding to work orders. The position also includes participating in on-call rotations for emergencies and maintaining tools and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
