Maintenance Technician

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Property Manager and/or the Maintenance Supervisor/III in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. The role ensures a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff by anticipating, identifying, and correcting property problems. The Maintenance Technician helps implement preventive procedures and performs routine maintenance tasks to uphold community standards.
