Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical assets of the property management portfolio, ensuring all units and common areas are in excellent working order. This role involves performing routine and complex repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems, as well as executing the make-ready process for vacant apartments. The position requires a strong focus on customer service, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of work orders.
