Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality of the Kingston Resorts facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. This role involves performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry. The position requires inspecting areas for necessary repairs, completing preventive maintenance programs, and accurately documenting all work performed.
