Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production operations. This position responds to equipment breakdowns, performs preventive and predictive maintenance, and works closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
