Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on residential homes, facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role utilizes a CMMS to manage work orders, document labor and parts, and maintain accurate asset records while supporting residential, clinical, and administrative facilities. The position requires applying knowledge of building systems, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to maintain a safe environment for staff and individuals served.
