SWEP
This role is responsible for planning and monitoring the maintenance of all production equipment to achieve 100% machine availability. The position involves carrying out repairs, organizing preventative maintenance, and managing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime. The individual will lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
