Trinity Management
This role is responsible for completing general inspections, service requests, apartment turns, and general maintenance repairs for Trinity Management properties, including pool care. The position requires troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and other building systems while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. The Maintenance Technician also maintains property curb appeal and responds to emergency calls as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
