TAM Residential
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, repairs, renovations, unit turnovers, and on-call emergencies at Forest View Apartments. This position supports the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager in carrying out maintenance programs and preventive maintenance initiatives to ensure the community is well maintained and operating efficiently. The role requires responding to maintenance needs across multiple disciplines and providing excellent customer service to residents.
