Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, repairs, renovations, unit turnovers, and on-call emergencies at the Lifestyles at Pellicano community. This role supports the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager in maintaining property standards and executing preventive maintenance initiatives. The position requires responding to resident requests and coordinating with outside contractors to ensure efficient community operations.
