RioCan
This role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the site to ensure a clean and safe environment for tenants, customers, contractors, and employees. The position involves performing predictive and preventative maintenance on building systems, monitoring equipment, and responding to tenant and emergency calls. The successful candidate will coordinate contractor access, execute minor repairs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
