Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing repair and maintenance tasks at assigned properties, overseeing vendor work, and supporting the Facilities Team across various Community Roots Housing locations. This role ensures building systems are in working order, service requests are completed timely, and all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulations. The position involves troubleshooting building systems, managing vendor repairs, and maintaining accurate maintenance records and inventory.
