Maintenance Technician

This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team, responsible for assisting the Maintenance and/or Engineering Manager or Supervisor while contributing to the proper maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facility. The role involves performing various maintenance tasks, maintaining a safe and productive working environment, and supporting shift operations including scheduling and maintenance planning. The position requires leading maintenance personnel, training mechanics, and ensuring equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and efficient repairs.
