Maintenance Technician

This role oversees the property maintenance of grounds, building facilities, and guest rooms, ensuring a high-quality experience for visitors. The position involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and other equipment while handling daily cleaning, preventive maintenance, and small repairs. The individual is responsible for communicating larger maintenance needs to management and responding to emergencies on a 24-hour call basis.
