Maintenance Technician

This role involves maintaining the physical assets of the property, including buildings, amenities, and grounds, while ensuring curb appeal and proper pool and irrigation maintenance. The position requires completing unit turns and make-ready tasks, handling occupied maintenance service requests, and performing HVAC repair and preventative maintenance. The Maintenance Technician also supports team leadership, training, and vendor relations to ensure high-quality property upkeep and resident satisfaction.
