Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician at JLL performs ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems to ensure satisfactory client occupancy and operations. The role involves conducting facility inspections, maintaining compliance with safety procedures and ordinances, and updating work order status in real time using a CMMS system. This position operates on a third shift schedule with possible on-call responsibilities.
