Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repairs at an apartment community, including making ready units for new move-ins and performing minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work. The role requires HVAC certification to maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems, as well as diagnosing problems and completing preventative maintenance programs. This position involves responding to emergency situations, working flexible hours, and complying with safety regulations to ensure a clean and orderly work environment.
