Maintenance Technician

This role involves maintaining and repairing central plant equipment, including large chillers, motors, pumps, and cooling towers, while performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. The position requires supporting office operations, managing site-wide maintenance schedules, and providing technical support for on-site equipment. The technician will also be responsible for end-to-end testing, programming, start-ups, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
