Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician maintains the day-to-day operations and physical assets of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, ensuring safety standards, and fulfilling service requests to keep the community operating smoothly. The position also assists with supply purchases, bids, and maintaining the property's marketability to secure new leases.
