Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including work orders, grounds and common area upkeep, and maintaining positive resident relations. The role requires providing excellent service to residents and guests, completing routine service requests promptly, and ensuring the community remains clean and well-maintained. The position involves on-call availability for emergencies and may require working weekends or overtime as needed.
