Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties to ensure the preservation and upkeep of the building, fixtures, and residential spaces. The role involves responding to service requests, repairing appliances and systems, and conducting routine preventative maintenance to maintain high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction. This position requires working on-call, weekends, and overtime as necessary to support property operations.
