Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties to ensure the preservation and upkeep of the building, fixtures, and residential spaces. This role involves responding to service requests, repairing appliances and systems, and conducting routine preventative maintenance to maintain high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction. The position requires working on a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekends and on-call duties.
