Maintenance Technician

Under the supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, this role performs manual and skilled work in the maintenance and repair of city-owned property and facilities. The position requires journeyman-level skills in various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, and general construction, to inspect, repair, and maintain city buildings and equipment. The incumbent is responsible for estimating materials, operating divisional vehicles, and ensuring efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
