Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property through basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting work. The position involves monitoring and maintaining the pool to commercial health code, completing maintenance requests, and participating in preventive maintenance programs for building equipment and guest rooms. The role also includes assisting with special projects and ensuring the quality of the guest experience.
